• Managed three real estate investment funds comprised of 59 medical clinics valued at approximately $65 MM. Managed investor relationships. For the operating company, managed the lease portfolio which included over 160 leases in 23 states.

 

THE LEADING RESIDENCES OF THE WORLD (Luxury Shared-Equity Destination Club)

• As a principal in the company developed the business plan and cash flow models used to secure funding of the quasi-public partnership. Became the Chief Operating Officer of The Leading Residences of the World.

Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker:

• Commercial real estate broker for Coldwell Banker, specializing in the Dallas office building market. Consistently ranked as a top-performing salesperson.

• Satisfied two clients simultaneously by subleasing the entire “Palisades,” a 16-story (320,000 sq. ft.) office building, for ARCO to Northern Telecom. 

• Notable clients included: ARCO Oil and Gas Company; Marsh and McLennan, Inc.; Safeco Insurance; City National Bank; United of Omaha Life Insurance; Mitsubishi Aircraft Int’l, Inc.; Northern Telecom, Inc.; American Medical International; Tenet Health Systems.

• Residential Real Estate office manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Transferred from Denver to Dallas to open three new offices in the Dallas area before transitioning to the Commercial Real Estate Group. Taught real estate marketing at Richland Community College in Dallas.

• Coldwell Banker Sales Training Director for the state of Colorado.
